This policy explains what information Al Hidaya (operated by Al Hidaya) collects when you use this website and buy a digital product, and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Email address you enter before checkout, used to identify your order and to help you if you need support.
• Order details: the product, amount, order status, time of purchase, and the payment and payment-link identifiers returned by Razorpay.
• Download records: how many times your download link has been used and when.
• Technical data: your IP address is used briefly in server memory to limit abusive requests. Our hosting server may also keep standard access logs.

We do not receive or store your card number, UPI PIN, bank credentials or other payment credentials. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited under its own privacy policy. Razorpay may ask for additional details (such as a phone number) on its payment page.

Cookies

We set one essential, httpOnly cookie after you click Buy Now. It holds a random key that lets this browser view your order status and download your purchase. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use information

• To confirm your payment with Razorpay and deliver your download.
• To respond to support requests, refunds and disputes.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as needed for support, accounting and legal requirements (financial records are generally kept for up to 8 years under Indian law). You may ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
